What your license includes

WheelWISE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the WheelWISE curriculum and Facilitator Hub materials for the licensed organization's internal youth education purposes. The license is per-organization. Sublicensing, resale, or redistribution of curriculum materials to other organizations is not permitted without a separate written agreement.

How materials may be used

• Deliver WheelWISE sessions to enrolled students within your licensed organization
• Adapt session discussion prompts for local context (laws, landmarks, scenarios)
• Use completion credential materials for students who complete the full program
• Reference WheelWISE in grant applications, reports, and communications as a licensed partner

Not permitted: reproducing or distributing curriculum in whole or in part outside the licensed organization; removing WheelWISE or NorthStar Mentors branding from any materials; using materials after license expiration without renewal.

Limitations of liability

WheelWISE curriculum is an educational program. NorthStar Mentors makes no guarantee that program completion will prevent injuries or alter student behavior in every case. Facilitating organizations are responsible for appropriate supervision, student safety, and compliance with applicable laws during all program sessions. NorthStar Mentors is not liable for incidents occurring during or after program delivery.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of WheelWISE shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
