wheelWISE is a program of NorthStar Mentors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through this website (wheelWISE). We take privacy seriously, particularly because our programs serve schools, minors, and families.
We collect information you voluntarily submit through our contact and inquiry forms, including your name, organization, role, state, and any questions or notes you provide. We do not collect payment information through this site. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.
Information submitted through our forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry or program interest. We do not sell, share, or rent your information to third parties. We do not use your information for marketing to third parties.
This site uses Tally (tally.so) to process form submissions. Submissions are stored in Tally's infrastructure and may be forwarded to a Google Sheet owned by NorthStar Mentors. Both services operate under their own privacy policies. This site uses Google Fonts for typography. No behavioral tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) are currently active on this site.
We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to respond to and manage program relationships. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
wheelWISE programs serve middle school students (grades 6–8). This website is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Schools and program partners are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent for student participation in wheelWISE programs.
